 I am running the same versions from trunk.

 The auditor correctly reports that....

 ods-auditor[14107]: Output zone does not contain non-DNSSEC RRSet : A,
 bubbles.tom.#01186400#011IN#011A#01110.5.1.110

 After completely refreshing my working directory the problem went away -
 even with my hash. It still breaks on my large zone (now attached). If I
 delete any three consecutive records I hit problems.
