 I'm still seeing similar issues (although it does seem to have improved).

 I've attached my zonefile. My current config uses the following hash....

 <Hash>
 <Algorithm>1</Algorithm>
 <Iterations>5</Iterations>
 <Salt>a2e1ebfb9da0e46a</Salt>
 </Hash>

 When I sign this zone and then remove www3, www4 and www5 I see errors.
