[Opendnssec-develop] XML capitalisation

I have an issue with our XML capitalisation. to be more specific, I  
find reSign really ugly. at the same time, using dashes in the element  
names are ugly, since some parsers don't quite work with them. so I  
propose that we choose between:

- a) sane capitalisation only to indicate spaces and other features
- b) lowercase only

e.g. (a) is resign, keygenInterval, ttlDS, backupDelay.

remember, XML is case sensitive.


any strong opionions? or I'll do (a) soonish...
