[Opendnssec-develop] Welcome page

Hello Rickard and others,

As promised, I've reordered the information on the OpenDNSSEC home page
to make it a bit more inviting.  If you care to comment on it, you can
glance at it here:

There is an image left to be drawn, and it totally lacks layout.
I could load it into TRAC.  But before I do that, comments are
welcome.
