I've added a signer_tools directory, containing a number of small tools that
together can sign a zone (optinally with pkcs11). This might actually be very
close to the pipeline signer as Jakob originally requested from me way back ;)

Some description in the README file.

'open issues':
Only supports RSA_SHA1 atm (rest is on the todo)

No way to put glue back yet

Apart from the test script, there is atm no script/tool to tie them all
together, but testing is very welcome.
