[Opendnssec-develop] KASP parameters

Hi,

Jakob and I have been through KASP and the draft that Stephen and I  
wrote to try and ensure they contain the same information. So

should now contain all the information necessary for key rollover to  
occur according to the procedures contained in the draft. And the  
draft should be able to act as documentation for the key rollover in  
libKSM (part of the Enforcer).

There are one or two minor tweaks where I plan to modify the draft and  
the terminology in the xml has been selected to make it readable so  
that the XML can be used as a standalone document for security audits.

Can anyone see anything wrong?
