 To provide some level of feedback about the signing system I'm testing is
 working, I added the generation rate for the nseccer, nsec3er and signer
 program. For all I keep a counter with the number of elements
 (NSEC/NSEC3/RRSIG) generated and the time elapsed, in order to provide the
 generation rate. The values are printed to stderr (which Engine.py prints
 to the log file).
