 There is a design flaw on the create_nsec3_records function in nsec3er.c.
 If the input file has more than MAX_LINE_LEN effective lines (excluding
 comments) before reaching the SOA record, the line
 'pre_soa_lines[pre_count] = strdup(line);' goes beyond allocation causing
 a SEGFAULT.
