 When you run "make install" the script makes a directory called
 "/var/opendnssec/signconf" to contain the zone configs.  However the
 ksmutil sets the default directory for these files to be in
 "/var/opendnssec/config" when it generates the
 /etc/opendnssec/zonefile.xml file.
