[Opendnssec-develop] Configuration paths

Good morning/afternoon,

You may have noticed that the conf.xml has been expanded so that now all of
the other paths/files can be specified in it (zonelist, kasp and signer
configuration directory).

The question is whether we want to:

a) make these optional (and use a default if they are not provided)
or
b) make them mandatory, so that all the paths used are explicitly stated in
conf.xml (apart from the path to conf.xml itself of course)

My preference is for (b); does anyone have any views/other ideas on this?
