[Opendnssec-develop] First draft of the user documentation in the wiki

I just added the user documentation to the wiki. Some things to do  
before this is ok is to add the picture and double check all the  
markup (there are some bad things in there).

After this is ok, copy & paste to the wordpress site should be easy,  
but I don't know for sure yet.
