I've been assigned that part of the code to review.

It appears that your new API is intended to replace the PK_* functions 
from libhsm.h?

Can you confirm that, and if so let me know timescales for the first 
release of the new version?

One API feature that I believe would be useful is the ability for more 
than one HSM shared module to be linked at a time.  The current code 
doesn't support this, and it's unclear whether the new API does.
