[Opendnssec-develop] reminder: build in separate dirs

I'd just like to remind everyone that writes code in the project, to  
make sure their code builds out of tree, e.g.:

	mkdir build
	cd build
	../configure --xyzzy
	make
	make install

just tested with SoftHSM and it works as expected.
