[Opendnssec-announce] SoftHSM version 2.6.1 released

Dear all,

SoftHSM version 2.6.1 has just been released.  The SoftHSM 2.6
branch is a continued development of SoftHSM and replaces previous
releases.  This release 2.6.1 mostly improves upon some compilation
issues on specific platforms

No migration, configuration changes or path changes are necessary
and the build configuration should not need changing.
