[Opendnssec-announce] Deprecating SoftHSMv1

Hi

We are now deprecating SoftHSMv1. The latest release of SoftHSMv1 was
version 1.3.8 in 2016-11-14. No active development or bugs have been
reported since then. The first stable release of SoftHSMv2 was
in 2015-07-17.

Our Release Management Policy [1] states that a "Long Term Support releases
will be supported until one year after the following Long Term Support
release". No announcement was however made back in 2015, so we are making
this one to make it official.

SoftHSMv1 end-of-life: 30th September 2019.
