Today we issue a final release candidate for OpenDNSSEC 2.0.0. The
official release will follow in short time.
The beta gave no serious problems and this release candidate has only a
few relative changes to the beta. This release candidate is therefor
only intended for package maintainers to allow for a bit of time on
packaging differences.

To package maintainers;
- A number of program binaries are removed and new ones appeared.
bin/ods-ksmutil has been deprecated and replaced by sbin/ods-enforcer
- Configuration files are the same, but there have been changes that
are mostly backwards compatible. Still there is an advice to
review the configuration as semantics have changed.
- The configure options have changed, most are applicable only to unit
test, but noteworthy is that the --with-database-backend is
now named --with-enforcer-database. It is still only possible
to use either SQLite3 or MySQL/MariaDB, not both. SQLite3 should
be considered default.
- Database conversion scripts are located in enforcer/utils subdirectory
they are not part of a default make install.
