[Opendnssec-develop] Migration of JIRA, Confluence, Crowd is complete

Hi all,

Much earlier than expected: the migration of JIRA, Confluence and Crowd
is complete. We are now running the latest and greatest versions on a
new server.

The DNS records have been changed thanks to Jakob, so you should now all
see the new machine.

Please contact me by mail if you experience any glitches with the new
stuff; we've checked that everything works but you never know ;-)
