[Opendnssec-develop] Resent timing issues and leap second ?

Hi,

There has been some reports in the last week about "strange" timing issues with zones and Patrik have had a few problems also with his zones expiring,  most have solved it with a restart.

It got me thinking of the leap second and maybe it messed with our timings?
